The Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association presents the 2025 Haciendas – A Parade of Homes (Parade) on August 8-10 & August 15-17, 2025.
The mission of the Parade is to feature and highlight:
- Santa Fe Style Living and Home Ownership in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico
- New Homes and Remodeling
- Responsible, Principled, and High-Quality Construction
Builder Entrant Fees: Early Bird $3,950 before May 1, 2025, and $4,450 after. June 2 deadline.
Participants are Builder Members in good standing with SFAHBA and current licensed contractors licensed by the State of New Mexico.
2025 IMPORTANT DATES
May 1 – Early Bird Registration Deadline – entry fee $3,950
June 2 – Entry Deadline. Entry fee $4,450 – (entries may be possible after June 2 w/ $500 late fee)
Late July – Haciendas Magazine Distributes throughout Santa Fe and the region.
August 4 – Home Completion Deadline / TBA Judging Day)
August 8-10 & 15-17 – Parade Days! Homes are open to the public from 10 am – 5 pm
August 13 from 5:30-9 pm – Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony – Farmers Market Pavillon
August 15 – 4-9 pm – Twilight Tour (Optional)
