To work to effectively enact or positively influence legislation and regulations promotes affordable housing, and construction innovation, and works to keeps the industry economically prosperous.

 

In addition, the Association’s counsel and representation is sought out for governmental boards and commissions, further increasing the influence of our Association to the benefit of members and the communities in which our members live.

  • Builder Members – Individuals or firms engaged in the business of construction, residential & commercial building, green building, and remodeling.
  • Associate Members – Individuals or firms engaged in professions related to or concerned with the home building industry; e.g., subcontractors from all home industry building trades, manufacturers, suppliers, title companies, realtors, mortgage lenders & financial institutions, attorneys, architects, engineers, realtors, accountants, and everyone who provides goods or services to the home building industry.
  • Affiliate Members – For companies with primary membership who wish to have an additional membership.
