Tierra Concepts “Las Campanas”

A Luxurious, Modern Desert Masterpiece

Creature comfort, with architectural surprises at every turn, allows both the enjoyment of the great outdoors from the inside and the beauty and uniqueness of the home’s interior from the outside. The elegant entry opens to an airy great room with 10-foot ceilings and expands further to the living room with its 12-foot ceiling. A voluminous wrap-around portal overlooks seven holes of the Las Campanas golf courses. Floor-to-ceiling 12-foot pocket doors allow for a seamless indoor/outdoor living room. The kitchen, with its backlit, waterfall Alpine granite countertops and walnut cabinetry, flows seamlessly into the dining, breakfast, and sitting areas. The outdoors is brought indoors by the continuation of flooring, ash wood ceilings, and miniaturized gardens within the portals. The master suite is warmed by a fireplace, asymmetrical backlit walnut bookshelves, and linen-covered headboard wall.

Cleverly placed windows provide surprising views through the home to the Sangre de Cristo, Jemez, and Ortiz mountains. The portals offer outdoor eating and lounging areas for all seasons, shaded in the summer and sunny in the winter. A bubbling brook flowing down the east side of the house adds to the sense of calm. An outdoor bridge that crosses the brook leads the eye to an indoor bridge with a lighted glass floor

We focused on transitioning the architecture into the natural landscape surrounding the house as well as complementing the golf course adjacent to the property. View corridors of both the owners, our clients, and the surrounding neighbors were considered. Our goal is to give all a beautiful sight to view.

Window Coverings
BEST 300x300 (002)

Custom Window Coverings’ team effectively incorporates drapery and shades together to enhance the space’s simplicity and elegance. Ceiling pockets conceal hardware and motorization, and when rollers deploy behind the linen shear, it appears as a solid wall of fabric to maintain clean architectural lines, while adding warmth and functionality to the room.

Counter Tops

Showcasing a blend of natural and man-made stone products, this gorgeous Las Campanas Home features the fine craftsmanship Counter Intelligence is known for. The stunning Alpine Granite is featured in the Kitchen with a waterfall edge on the island and a full-height backsplash! For more information, visit our website!
