Designed for guests seeking a higher level of luxury – in addition to the other Parade homes, the VIP Experience features a curated collection of high-end builders: Woods Design Build, Tierra Concepts and Prull Custom Builders. VIP homes are open only during the second weekend of the Parade: August 14th, 15th & 16th. VIP ticket holders also have the option to purchase their ticket with an add on invitation to our exclusive VIP Cocktail Party on Thursday, August 13th, at another high-end private residence. This new VIP experience offers a more refined atmosphere, reduced foot traffic, and a personalized viewing experience for both the guests and builders! Weekend 1 – August 7th, 8th, 9th (10am-5pm) Weekend 2 with VIP Experience – August 14th, 15th, 16th (10am-5pm) (VIP tickets are limited and reserved per day)
