The benefits of being a member of SFAHBA.
The Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association is a non-profit trade association affiliated with the New Mexico Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
We represent and serve the diversified needs of our members and the community. We are an active voice in promoting safe, quality, cost-effective and affordable housing.
We do this by:
• Encouraging high ethical and professional standards of our members,
• Serving as an active voice in government affairs and the regulatory process by promoting proper and reasonable codes and regulations,
• Collaborating with all fields related to the building industry,
• Addressing political, societal, economic and environmental issues,
• Being a leading advocate of economic prosperity and quality of life.

We have our membership application available in two forms, Microsoft Word, and Acrobat PDF. Fill them out, fax or mail them back to SFAHBA (our contact information is at the bottom of this, and every page of the site).
Code of Ethics
Members of the National Association of Home Builders believe and affirm that:
• Home ownership can and should be within reach of every American family.
• American homes should be built under the free American enterprise system.
• American homes should be well-designed, well-constructed and well-located in attractive communities, with education, recreational, religious and shopping facilities accessible to all.
