City of Santa Fe Codes for Green Building

New City of Santa Fe Green Codes Effective July 1, 2009
The Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association members: Dalinda Bangert, Eco Terra Enterprises, Faren Dancer, Sundancer Creations, Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer and others spent hundreds of hours working with Katherine Mortimer, City of Santa Fe to draft the new Residential Green Building codes which are effective July 1.  To view the codes City of Santa Fe Green Building Codes

Habitat for Humanity, the City of Santa Fe and Home Builder Association members partnered to build a home on Gomez in the Historic District to demonstrate the new City ‘green’ codes.  To see the dedication and hear Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer explain the features of the Gomez Green Home visit
